Watercolor on Canvas

Painted as a pair to The Three Sisters mountains in Alberta, both were donated to a charitable fundraiser. I enjoy knowing where my paintings end up but in this case it remains a mystery!

I do hope that whoever took this home, they are enjoying it

Castle Mountain

I had a request from two local landscapers for two paintings to be donated to a charitable fundraiser. This painting on canvas of The Three Sisters mountains in Alberta is the second of two donated for a good cause.

The Three Sisters

I once spent a week on Gabriola Island, BC with a hundred other artists, painting, taking photographs and exploring.

This is just one scene that attracted me. I painted this at home in my studio where I have peace, music and no wind to wisk away my canvas!

Berry Point, Gabriola Island

One of four paintings of rocks that I saw and photographed beside the Gulf of St. Lawrence while on a trip to Iles de la Madelaine which is part of the province of Quebec.

There are so many wonderful and varied shapes and colors to paint with rocks.

Cast Ashore

The second of four paintings of rocks from my photos taken beside the gulf of St. Lawrence while on a trip to Iles de la Madelaine in Quebec.

Ocean Side

Continuing on the set of four paintings of rocks as painted from photographs from the shores of the St. Lawrence en route to Iles de la Madelaine in Quebec.

Washed Ashore

Completing the set of four paintings from a photograph taken along the shores of the St. Lawrence while en route to Iles de la Madelaine in  Quebec.
